We installed Diver in September 2012, after shortlisting several BI products. We were initially looking for a solution that could deliver sales information to over 100 sales representatives, and be accessible to them whilst they were on the road, either by iPad or laptop. Whilst there were a number of options that seemed to offer what we were looking for, we chose the Diver Solution for several reasons.
The application designed by their consultant for us – even at the pre-sales demo stage – was so attuned to our business needs and allowed us to rapidly identify where we should be focusing our sales efforts. It was also ideally suited to guide us through our weekly sales meetings to pinpoint performance issues. Each sales person can see immediately where sales might be slipping and act upon it before it becomes an issue.
Our helpdesk also uses the application to give sales support and improve customer service. We could immediately see its potential for expanding BI into other areas of our business and we are currently looking to add further elements to our core application. Having the ability to create new insights without redesigning or affecting our ERP system makes the implementation of new business rules into our processes so painless.
