Diver has been in Keeling’s for about 7 years, it was initially used to combine information across the many different companies within the group to allow comparisons & benchmarking, however the Diver solution has become much more for us within the Fresh company over the past two years.
Using Prodiver and Diveport we have created a suite of reports delivering daily and weekly business intelligence, relevant to specific segments and categories. It has been the vehicle for Keeling’s to combine data from multiple applications and deliver it those who require it to make decisions, without a large amount of overhead on reporting personnel.
Year on Year, V’s Budget, Stock Days, QSL’s, DSL’s, Operational Efficiencies are presented on an easy to use platform. Automatic emailing of key reports has been a very welcome feature. This is a testament to DBI’s goal for continuous development, an area showcased at their annual conference for Users.
The support received from the DBI development team is world class. For Keeling’s Diver has allowed us to unlock the potential in the data our other applications collect, and helps deliver business information to key decision makers. This is a testament that is also echoed by the Keelings Fresh management team.
