The service level is excellent. I have many ad hoc reporting requirements in order to measure various aspects of our operations as we roll out lean processing.
I can spec a reporting requirement with my contact person in DBI and usually within a day or two at most I have a draft report to test.
Any tweaks or changes to the spec are turned around usually same day. I couldn’t recommend Diver highly enough.
